Eddy Van Halen signed the album TWICE
    once in Ball Point Pen
then all four signed in Paint Pen
Eddy signed his full first name Twice
    "Edward" Van Halen
Here is what the own said about having the album signed by the band
I worked for Harry Arnold of Super Rock Productions procuring tee-shirted security guards and driving the bands.
In March of 1979 Van Halen started their World Tour in Medford Oregon.
After picking the band up at the airport I asked if they would sign my album.
When we got to the rooms Eddie signed it with a ballpoint pen but it was hard to read
so their road manager gave him a paint pen and he signed over the 1st signature
and the other three then signed with the paint pen so there are actually 2 signatures by Eddie, both written as Edward Van Halen.
