We have refurbished hundreds of these Mercury Optimax  Air and fuel  injectors!.

We use the latest model of the  GB800 fuel injector flow test bench .
Our process Includes:
1) Leak down test
2) Dynamic resistance test to check injector electrical integrity
3) Observe spray pattern
4) Compare volume & spray pattern  from cylinder to cylinder
5) We then remove the o-rings and perform a ultrasonic cleaning & back flush at various RPM's
6) Next we install a new o-ring kit
7) We then retest injectors to insure proper flow and balance.
8) We include a comprehensive report indicating performance of injectors before and after service.

Injectors that are found to be un- serviceable will be charged .50 for shop time.

1) Remove the injectors from your engine and be sure that there is no gasoline in them.
2) Individually place them in plastic bags so fuel vapor will not escape.
3) If you have concerns about performance of a particular injector number the bag with the cylinder # it was removed from.
4) Ship the injectors to us at the address below. We usually return the injectors to you withing 24 to 48 hours of receiving them .
