    Description

    LIONEL 3376 OPERATING GIRAFFE CAR SET with TELLTALE and PLATE ASSEMBLY
    LOT DESCRIPTION:
    As the title says this lot consists of a LIONEL 3376 OPERATING GIRAFFE CAR SET. Set includes the Bronx Zoo  stock car with the AAR Trucks with automatic couplers and bobbing giraffe, the telltale pole and bases (one  for 027 and one for O gauge track) and the Operating Plate Assembly .  Set is all original Post War Lionel.  Also included is the original box that is missing a end flap.
    DESCRIPTION OF CONDITION:
    Entire set  is in great shape, no cracks, breaks, or chips, no rust or dents, great color, trucks and couplers in great shape, lettering all crisp and clean.   Internal operating  mechanism of the car is just fine.  Telltales all look great, none broken or missing.    Again a great  looking car that IMHO I would rate as in C-7 excellent condition but take a good look at the pictures and you be the judge.
    WORKING CONDITION:
    I have tested the car and the giraffe goes down as it passes over the track side plate just as it shoud.
